The last days I binged a lot! So I decided to eat less the next week..but I think it’s not enough and I want your opinion. Here is todays intake. Breakfast:100ml soy milk,30gr corn flakes and oats, mixed berries and 5 almonds. Snack:orange juice and 15 almonds. Lunch:salad with one tomato,one cucumber and one bell pepper. Snack:2 kiwis. Dinner:an apple, green tee. Also I run 5 miles...
