What I do
- I drink at least 2 litres of water.
- I drink 2 cups of tea.
- I eat 5 small meals.
- I consume about 800 to 1200 calories
- I don’t eat white bread, sugar and processed food
- I put a small amount of salt and olive oil on food
- I don’t eat later than 10 p.m
- I chew food very well
- I drink a small amount of coffe during the week
- I don’t binge during my meals
- and I cut out smoking and alcohol(Ι make an exception in special cases)
