NUTRITION
  1. I drink at least 2 litres of water.
  2. I drink 2 cups of tea.
  3. I eat 5 small meals.
  4. I consume about 800 to 1200 calories
  5. I don’t eat white bread, sugar and processed food
  6. I put a small amount of salt and olive oil on food
  7. I don’t eat later than 10 p.m
  8. I chew food very well
  9. I drink a small amount of coffe during the week
  10. I don’t binge during my meals
  11. and I cut out smoking and alcohol(Ι make an exception in special cases)
